❓ I didn't receive my confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder. Then log in to your account and check your Bookings dashboard. If the status shows confirmed, you're all set. Still missing? Contact us with your name and booking details.

❓ I sent a mobile money payment but my booking is not confirmed

Contact us on WhatsApp with your full name, booking details and mobile money transaction code. We will verify and confirm within a few hours.

❓ I want to cancel or change my booking

Go to My Account β†’ My Bookings β†’ Cancel or contact us with your booking reference. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

❓ I have not received my refund

Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process back to your original payment method. If it's been longer than that, email us with your booking reference and we'll investigate immediately.

❓ I'm a vendor and I can't access my dashboard

Try resetting your password first. If the problem persists, email [VENDOR_SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your registered email address and business name.

❓ I want to report a problem with a vendor or service

We take service quality seriously. Email us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your booking reference, a description of the issue and any photos if relevant. We will follow up within 24 hours.
