We will verify and confirm within a few hours. β I want to cancel or change my booking Go to My Account β My Bookings β Cancel or contact us with your booking reference. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. See our Cancellation Policy for details. β I have not received my refund Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process back to your original payment method. If it's been longer than that, email us with your booking reference and we'll investigate immediately. β I'm a vendor and I can't access my dashboard Try resetting your password first.
